Shipping Fees

A flat shipping fee of 100 EGP is applied to all orders unless otherwise stated during promotional campaigns.

Return & Exchange Period

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The product must be unused and in its original condition.

The product must be returned with its original box, packaging, tags, and accessories.

Products showing signs of use, damage, or missing packaging may not be accepted.

Important Notice

The courier delivering your order is not authorized to process returns or exchanges at the time of delivery.

Customers must first receive and pay for the order in full. Any return or exchange request must be submitted after delivery by contacting our customer service team.

Packages can not be opened and inspected at the door before accepting delivery.

If the order was paid using Visa or Mastercard, the refund will be returned to the same card used during checkout.

Cash on Delivery Orders

If the order was paid using Cash on Delivery, the refund will be issued in cash through our approved refund process.
